At That Sound Game, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your game, you can return it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Email our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Securely place the unopened game in its original shipping box or a similar sturdy mailer to ensure it arrives back to us undamaged.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
